1. Items will be despatched within two working days of payment clearance, most are despatched in 24 hours. 2. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. 3. Payment must be received within 7 days of checkout. 4. It is the buyers reasonability to ensure that the item is suitable before purchasing. If you are unsure please contact us. 5. We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Please remember that the date of receipt of the item counts as day 1. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery unless faulty. 6. Refunds will be for the cost of the item only, postage costs are not refundable. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. You must return the items to us at your cost. 7. All items returned must be unused and returned complete with all documentation and in original packaging. 8. Please remember to ask the Post Office for proof of posting and retain it for your reference. 9. If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty or damaged we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item. |
